Major Debit or Credit Cards

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We process payments over a secure network so there is no possibility of fraudulent activity. For your privacy, our full business name does not appear on your bank or credit card statement; you will only see PTC, INC.

Pre-paid Gift Cards

If you are hesitant about providing your debit or credit information over the phone, we also accept pre-paid gift cards. These cards can be purchased at most banks and many retailers nationwide, such as, WalMart, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Office Depot, etc. This is a very discreet payment option. You do not have to provide any personal information to purchase these cards so they are not traceable. Also, you are not entering into any contract with these cards. You simply use them once and dispose of them. Simply take cash to one of these locations and purchase the number of cards needed to complete your transaction. These cards typically come in increments such as $25, $50 and $100, so you may need to purchase more than one card depending on your specific transaction amount. Some cards do allow you to choose the amount you would like to load on the card. American Express gift cards are much easier for consumers. With American Express, the funds are available to use over the phone right away, so there are no extra steps. With most other cards, you will find that they are active as soon as you leave the store, however, they are only active to use during face-to-face transactions. You must call the number or visit the website on the back of the cards in order to register them for phone or online use.
Please do not confuse the pre-paid gift cards with the reloadable cards. Although, we are able to accept reloadable cards, they usually do require personal information and, in most cases, a statement is sent to your address. Also, the reloadable cards sometimes charge a monthly fee for a predetermined length of time.

Money Order or Cashier's Check

A money order or cashier's check is also an option; however such payment must be received by our office prior to your test being scheduled. This could delay the testing process.

*For your convenience, you have the option of paying only half of the fee prior to testing. Your balance is due prior to receiving results.
